Making a purchase
Making a purchase with Outlook could not be simpler.Just take a browse through our on-line store and click on any items you wish to purchase, this will add them to your shopping basket.Once you have finished shopping click on ?Order? and you will be asked for a few essential details that we require to complete the sale.

We accept Visa and Mastercard for credit card payments.If you are shopping from Outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.You may send your card information via telephone, fax or over the Internet.

Delivery
As soon as your payment is made we will despatch your order to you.We will normally send your order to you in 5 working days.International orders are generally received in under 28 days.

Tax Charges
All orders to addresses within the UK are shipped with the standard UK rate of VAT (17.5%) applied.All other orders will be VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
